Create Your Own Storybook Wedding at the Ainsley House Gardens. Set against the backdrop of the historic 1925 Tudor Revival Ainsley House, these beautiful gardens are available for rental for your wedding or reception. The Ainsley House itself is not available for rent. Dates can be booked up to one year in advance. Prices start at $925 for a ceremony, and $1925 for a ceremony and reception combination. Fee includes use of the garden, event supervision, ample parking and use of the Historical Ainsley House interiors for photography purposes. Garden Rentals for the 2011 Wedding Season:

The City requires the following:

  • 50 % of your rental fee at time of reservation
  • $55 museum membership fee
  • Security deposit of $500. Please note: if you cancel prior to your event, the $500 will not be refunded.
  • $925 for a ceremony (3 hours) - $1225 for Saturday rental
  • $1425 for a reception (6 hours) - $1625 for Saturday rental
  • $1925 for a ceremony and reception (8 hours) - $2150 for Saturday rental. Additional time may be purchased for $200/hr. Events may take place between 8:00am and 11:00pm.
